Waiver and Release from Liability for Barnyard Petting Zoo
I, (adult or minor child), release and hold harmless Julie Moore and Wild Goats Farm LLC, its agents, employees, and affiliates, from all claims, liabilities, or damages arising from my/child’s participation in activities on the premises, except in cases of gross negligence or intentional misconduct.
I understand that farm activities involve risks, including injury, property damage, allergic reactions, or zoonotic diseases. Animals may behave unpredictably, which could result in injury.
I/children waive all claims for injury, death, or property damage related to Julie Moore and Wild Goats Farm LLC. I/children assume all risks and accept full responsibility for participation, including interacting with animals, using equipment, and engaging in activities, including prohibited contact with animals and failure to follow rules.
Visitors must follow all verbal and visual warnings, remain outside restricted areas, and respect safety barriers.
This WAIVER AND RELEASE is the full agreement between parties and supersedes prior agreements. It is governed by WV law, and disputes shall be resolved in WV courts. It remains effective after activities end unless modified in writing.
I have read, understand, and voluntarily agree to this WAIVER AND RELEASE, acknowledging I/children waive significant legal rights. My signature confirms this agreement.
